The FEAST varsity team added a third trophy to its case this season, defeating five other opponents en route to the 2021 North Texas Regional title on Saturday.
The Patriots (26-2) topped HSAA of Dallas in the championship match, winning in straight sets, 25-20, 25-13. Seniors Maddie Hanson and Katie Braymer were name to the all-tournament team.
The Patriots JV (10-8-2) also left Dallas happy, finishing tops among JV team at the regional and fourth overall. They advanced all the way to the consolation championship before falling just short to the hosts varsity team in three sets.
Both teams seek to parlay their regional finishes into top seeds at next month’s National Christian Homeschool Volleyball Championship.
